Dear Ones,
Today we speak of taking a breath. We have spoken of this before and yet it is something that is always beneficial to hear again, in another way.
The energies around you are moving quite fast at this time. The moving of the skies, the love of the Divine, the shifting of consciousness both individual and as a whole, all play a part in the shifting and moving of the energies.
Some are able to keep up, some not so much. Those that are not able to keep up, it is not that there is something wrong, it is they may not know the tools. And one of those tools is your breath.
One way to use your breath is to take time throughout your day and focus on your breathing. First by just noticing it without changing it. Notice the rhythm, notice if you hold your breath every once in a while, notice all aspects of it. If you would like to extend your breaths, an exercise to try is 4 – 7 – 8 breathing:

- inhale for the count of 4
- hold for a count of 7
- exhale for a count of 8
This is quite beneficial. This may be something you will want to do as well.
Another way we would like you to take note of with ‘taking a breath’ is when someone or something sets you off in anger or frustration or another lower vibration — stop and take a breath [or several] — before responding. This may take some practice for some of you but you are entering a time where it is most beneficial.
Your breath is so powerful in so many ways.
