Dear Ones,
Today we speak of filling with love and expanding your love out.
It is beneficial for you and all of your friends and family, to fill with love and allow your love to emanate love out. Imagine each time you fill with love, that you are the pebble in the center of a still lake. You are the ripples of love that expand and continue and expand and continue as you go out to the edges of the water. The love will continue to the beyond and beyond and beyond.
If you are in a situation where you are feeling a lower vibration [anger, frustration, annoyance], let these pass and then go back to feeling love, filling with love and being the pebble, expanding love out.
You may notice you feel much calmer and more peaceful and sill will those around you.
