Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of your foundation, your true foundation.
No matter where you have grown up, the family you were born to or the area of the world you grew up in, your true foundation is the same. You have all come from the spark of love.
We say the spark of love because there is an electrical excitement to the core of your being, each of you, all of you. Love is at the center of who you are. Your love, your light.
The more you remember who you are, at your core, and act from your true foundation, your whole world flows much smoother. From the flow of your day to the flow of a drive down a busy street. Being in the flow of love assists you in everything you do.
How do you feel this throughout your day? Take a few moments to sit quietly and feel the in-breath and the out-breath as you ‘feel’ love. Who is it that you love? What do you feel like when you are thinking of them? That is the ‘feeling’ we are referring to.
Expand that feeling of love to include yourself, your purpose, where you are [location as well as your age, your health, etc.] Continue with the in-breath and the out-breath, feeling the flow of love. Stay in this as long as you would like.
That is your foundation — being ‘in’ the flow of love. The more often you do this, the easier it is to take on whatever gets thrown your way. Be ‘in’ the flow of love.
We love you so very much and we will assist you in any way we can. All you need do is ask.
