Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of you being the calm in the chaos.
At times you may feel like there are so many things going on around you, people rushing, and feeling frantic, things not going as anticipated. These are the times to bring yourself to a place of calm inside and allow the calm energy within to emanate out. Allow the calm to be the ripple in the pond.
Practicing on a regular basis, bringing yourself to a place of calm within will allow this to become easier and easier. It is very beneficial to practice this now if you have not already been doing so.
Just as you will sit and feel the love you are, bring in the calm. They do go together quite nicely. A quick reminder of how to do this:
- Sit quietly — eyes open or closed is up to you.
- Focus on your breath — in through the nose and out through the mouth.
- Bring your focus to your love within allowing yourself to be in this love space for a few moments.
- You may already feel the calm that comes with this, if not, continue to focus on your breathing until the calm comes in.
- Now allow yourself to expand the love, expand the calm, out, as the ripples in a still pond after a pebble has been tossed into the center.
The more you practice this, the more easily it comes to you when there is chaos around you.
