Howdy Peeps!
I gave a preview in my last blog that I'm preparing to move across country. I've never done anything like this before as I've lived within 30 miles of where I grew up all my life. This is a whole new exciting journey I'm on right now.
While I was getting my car serviced yesterday I was doing some work as well as some writing. Here's what the 3 Light Beings had to say:
There are fewer and fewer days left. You are doing well in how you are mixing things up with some physical, some mental and some visiting. That mixture is making it easier and will make things easier for you.
I know there aren't that many days before I pack up my car and away I go but I hadn't thought about the rest – the 'mixing things up'.
I have been visiting with friends and family about every day or every other day over the last couple of months. There have been some gatherings and still a few to come. It's all been good to visit, reminisce and just have a good time. I haven't been saying 'good-bye' because I truly feel like it's not.
I've been keeping up with the blogs, as you can tell 🙂 and some other writing.
In between those I've been packing (with Earth Angels helping me!) and doing yard work. I'm doing some of the Fall things now to prepare since I won't be here when Fall actually arrives. It's been quite therapeutic.
So what I took from what the 3 Light Beings is that the physical work helps your physical body process things and the sweating from the work releases the toxins but also emotions that you may be holding onto.
The other part of the yard work – I've been able to spread some of the love of my plants with others. I was gifted all of the Irises (thank you Terri & Bob & Sandy!) in my yard and the Lavender (thank you Bob & Sandy!) and now I'm able to pass extras on to others.
When you have been doing a lot of emotional or mental work, take some time and do something physical, whether it be exercise or yard work, but something where you really immerse yourself in the physical. Your body needs to process things through too.
Angel Blessings to you.

Thanks, Sue, for another good one. Having wrapped up a big part of my professional life, your post helps me recognize how that “mixture” of physical, mental, and visiting really did a lot to keep me sane and balanced. Having visited together just the other night, you can see that it also has put me in a happy spot. 🙂
Have a lovely drive and move!
It was great to see you and to catch up with many the other night. I am so very proud of you Doug! You will do well in your new adventure. I feel excitement and joy for where you are going! 🙂
Yesterday as I was mowing the lawn again, that also brought a smile to my face. 1 because I am mowing :), 2 because it felt good to process some things and 3 because I probably only have another mow or so to do before I hit the road to a lawn of sand & rock.
Happy Trails as they say & I will see you & K in AZ!
