Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of the assimilation of loving energies.
There continues to be much love coming to everyone on your planet. We love you so much and we want to be sure you are absorbing and expanding as much as possible.
Each day, take time for yourself. Find joy in your life. Feel the love you are. Feel the light you are. Each time you do this, the love we send to you gets assimilated that much more into your essence.
Release what no longer fits in your life and allow joy and love to fill the spaces that are created. If you are unsure of how to do this, here is an example of what you may do:
Imagine you were not happy with an outcome and you continue to think negative thoughts about yourself. Stop, let those thoughts float away. Now use your imagination to replace that scenario with one where you do like the outcome. Replay the new scenario in your mind. If the old outcome starts to replay, stop and allow the new to be replayed.
