Dear Ones,

 

Today we speak of love, the love you have with your Loved Ones who are no longer in the physical.

 

The love you have with another does not ever go away. Just because one of you is no longer in the physical, the love is still present. It has an energy all it’s own.

 

Love grows and evolves as you all grow and evolve. There may be days you feel as though it is nearly impossible to make it through the day without your Loved One, in the physical.

 

We ask you to do this especially on those occasions:

• Sit in a quiet location where you will not be disturbed
• Close your eyes
• Relax your body and take a few deep breaths (in through the nose and out through the mouth for 1 additional count – ex: breathe in to a count of 4 and breathe out to a count of 5)
• Continue to breathe normal as you feel your body relaxing
• Go into a beautiful memory with your Loved One, a happy memory, a joyful memory
• Bring as many details into this memory as you remember, and for any you do not, use your imagination to fill in the blanks
• While in this joyous memory, feel the love you share with them ~ feel your love for them and feel their love for you
• Feel it in your body, the warmth it brings you, and allow any other emotions to come – look at the emotions as all part of the love evolving, flowing, being
• Expand on this memory and add to it if you would like
• Stay in this wonderful space as long as you would like
• When you are ready, feel all of the love that has now expanded even more and tuck it into your heart
• When you are ready, take a couple of deep breaths
• Open your eyes

Know that this newly created memory is now with you and you can remember it any time you would like. The love is always there, growing and evolving.
