Dear Ones,

 

Today we speak of receiving. We have a simple exercise for you to do, that will help with receiving. 

 

Receiving and giving work in tandem with each other. There is a back and forth and it is important for you to receive as much as you give. 

 

  • Sit quietly, with your eyes closed
  • Notice your breathing without trying to change it, just notice
  • Allow us to put our arms softly on your shoulders
  • Notice the feeling of comfort and the safety we are emanating to you
  • Notice the love that comes through, the knowing you are loved feeling
  • Allow your body, your cells, to receive this love, this feeling of comfort
  • Feel your body relax into this knowing, this love
  • Feel any tensions, worries or fears melt away
  • Stay with this feeling and receive our love for as long as you would like
  • When you are ready, open your eyes
