Dear Ones,

Today we would like you to experience the connection to your soul and to the expansiveness of who you are.

  • Close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths.
  • With each in-breath, fill yourself with Divine love.
  • With each exhale release all which no longer serves you.
  • Do this a couple of times until your body is feeling fully relaxed and your mind feels like it has slowed to a calm state of being.
  • Imagine you are looking out into the solar system and you see the expansiveness of stars. Just notice the stars shining bright with the dark skies around, surrounding and beyond.
  • The stars are slowly coming toward you. You watch in awe. As they get close enough for you to touch they are absorbed into your being.
  • As they get integrated with who you are, you know this is your soul expanding. It’s as if each star as it gets absorbed into your being allows you to remember one piece of wisdom you may have forgotten or realize something amazing about who you are.
  • Allow yourself time to be in this space. Allow your inner knowing to feel your soul. Allow this cohesion to occur and be felt.
  • Stay in this space as long as you would like.
  • Slowly come back into your body, moving your hands and toes.
  • Ground into Mother Earth by imagining you have roots coming from your feet going deep down into Mother Earth. Connect to a crystal of your choice deep in the earth.

Know you have truly connected with your soul and have expanded even more into who you are and why you are here. Know you are loved.
