Dear Ones,

Today we would like to speak of release and freedom. We have spoken of each of these separately and today we would like you to bring them together.

With each item, draw a breath before you read the line, blow the air out when you read the first half and breath in deeply and smile, on the second half. If you would like, you may want to repeat each line several times.

Release the comparison — you’ll have the freedom to be yourself.

Release the need to be like another or to do like someone else — you’ll have the freedom to be yourself — one of the reasons you came here.

Release the need to have things go or be a specific way — you’ll have the freedom of something else to happen or be which may be more than you could have imagined.

Release the constraints of having to “see” what is in front of you — you’ll have the freedom of your imagination to create a whole new world.

Release the ego mind thinking — you’ll have the freedom of the flow of the Divine mind.

Release the need to color inside the lines — you’ll feel freedom.

Release the need to be perfect — you’ll have the freedom to create something new.

We would encourage you to add to this list of what to release in your life and the freedom it will allow you to feel.

We love you, we are here for you, we hear you, we are happy to assist you. All you need do is ask.
