Dear Ones,
There is no one, anywhere, that is exactly like you. You are a perfect and unique individual, just as you are. Even if you are an identical twin, you each are unique and the only “you” there will ever be.
We see you as bright lights and we can distinguish each light from another because of who your soul is. We love each of you just as you are. You are whole and complete and there is nothing “wrong” with you.
We need you to hear this loud and clear! No matter what is going on in society, in politics, in your own personal life, there is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken in any way. You are perfect, just as you are.
Imagine you are looking at a baby for the first time. You see pure love. That is what we see when we look upon each and every one of you. Now, if only you could see yourself this way!
Just for the rest of today, each time you catch yourself thinking something is “wrong” with you, each time you are judging something about yourself, each time you are judging another (which truly is another way of judging yourself) or each time you are comparing yourself in any way — to another person, to who you were 10 years ago or who you want to be 5 years from now, each time, say to yourself (out loud if possible) “I am perfect and unique and whole just as I am.”
We love you and you are perfect, just as you are.
