Dear Ones,
Today we speak of new beginnings. We feel this is an important topic to bring up again though we have discussed many times in the past.
Within each moment of each day, there is a new beginning. This moment may feel similar to the previous moments, though they are not. Each moment has a new energy in it. Each moment has more light in it. Each moment has more love in it.
As each of you stand in this moment, KNOW that there is more love, more light, more energy in this moment than the previous. And, the moments yet to come will be even more.
Open your heart to fill with this love and light. Breathe in the energy that is here for you. Breathe in the love that is here for you. Breathe in the light that is here for you.
Look at the world around you, even those things you may have seen 100s of times in the past, as if you are seeing it for the first time. Notice something different, something new, with everything. Some of the things you can do to inspire yourself:
- Drive a different way to work for a day or so. Then drive the original way — what do you notice now that you may not have noticed before?
- When you go to the store, park in a different area of the parking lot than you normally do and see what you notice.
- Look out the same window sitting in the same place you usually do and write down all the new things you are noticing out the window.
- Breathe in deeply with the mantra of ‘new beginning’ or ‘begin anew’ is playing through your mind. Do this several times.
Each moment is such a blessing. We are here to assist you in noticing. All you need do is ask.
