quote2.18I sat down, just getting ready to do my blog. Of course I had to go check Facebook first. 🙂 I like to see whats going on, the new pictures, see what I want share from others, etc.

I had just commented on a picture and the screen flashes my computer may be infected and they wont let me back on Facebook. Interesting…

So I calmly close all the windows I have open and pull up the virus scan software I run.

The point is, I remained calm. I didnt get myself in a panic and think my computer was going to crash or my technology world was going to end. Ill run the software so I can get back on Facebook.

Remaining calm with all the things that are going on around us is many times difficult. A level head is what Im referring to when I say calm.

This sounds like a small thing, but when we can be calm and keep a level head with some of the crazy things going on in our lives, it only helps us in the long run.

If you are making dinner, the smoke alarm goes off, the kids are fighting over the remote, the dogs tracking mud into the house and your spouse is hollering from another portion of the house for you, you probably just want to scream.

And this really would be a beneficial time to remain calm and keep as level of a head as possible.

In some cases, you might need a little bit of extra help to get you to the ultimate state of calmness so you can regroup your thoughts. Products similar to these CBD edibles, (you can learn more at https://cannaunion.com/product-category/cbd-edibles/) can help you to feel more relaxed at a quicker rate so you don’t cause yourself any further unnecessary stress. Finding an effective method can help you to deal with these emotions, especially if you experience them on a daily basis. Cannabis can come in many different forms like edibles, (as said above) and even oil to mention a few. Not only that, but they can also be inhaled through products like a helix steamroller that you can find on websites similar to fatbuddhaglass.com so there should be a way that you can comfortably try this method should you decide that this is the best way for you to control your stress.

When things are coming at you from all sides, it may be difficult to remain calm. But if you get in the practice of it, every day, then the more stressful times wont seem so bad. Whilst this sounds easy, it will obviously be more difficult. However, there are a number of treatments out there these days, so people should be able to find one that works for them. One of the most popular methods of de-stressing is taking some cannabis. It’s believed that can make people experience more happiness and motivation, decreasing stress. Perhaps some people should consider ordering some cannabis from a company like Amuse. Hopefully, that will help some people. If it doesn’t, then it’s important for people to continue looking for other methods that will help them. It’s important to also remember that whilst you feel stressed, your dog may feel stressed too. If you see any signs that makes you think that your dog is anxious, then you may want to think about calming treats for dogs to help them feel better.

So how do you do that?

Breathe. This is the number one thing you can do to benefit yourself. Take some deep breaths. Many times when were stressed, we hold our breath. You dont believe me? Pay attention next time youre stressed.

Walk away. Just step away from the situation, if at all possible. If you are frustrated with what you are working on, walk down the hall or around the block or leave the room.

Quiet time. Take some time for yourself. This may be in a quiet spot in your house, it may be in the library. Even if you need to go lock yourself in your car for awhile, give yourself some quiet time.

Be grateful. When things seem to be falling apart from all directions, these are the times to be grateful. As someone said to me today, ‘there is always someone else who is worse off than I am’. Thats always true. So look for things in your life to be grateful for.

Believe in yourself. If you arent feeling it right this minute, thats OK. Accept this feeling and remember there have been other times in your life you did believe in yourself. Those are the times; when you were confident, when you felt good about yourself, those are the times you can pull on for strength.

For the times you don’t remain so calm, don’t beat yourself up. That’s what friends are for, to help you through those times.

Angel Blessings to you.
