Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of raising your vibration. This is a topic we have spoken of before and we feel it is beneficial for you to continue to do so.

Raising your vibration is not a ‘one & done’ thing [similar to clearing your energy.] It is something to be done on a continuous basis. And the more you do it, we will say to you, the better you will feel.

First, clear your energy and your space. If you need a refresher on how to do that, here is a past blog: Angels, Please Clear The Energy.

Once your energy and your space has been cleared, then raise your vibration. A few ideas:

• Go for a walk in nature — notice the trees, the flowers, the bushes, the animals — pick the one you relate with most closely and notice the details, the color[s], the mannerisms, the energy and just ‘be’ with each step you take.
• Stand in the sunshine — allow the warmth of the sun to wash over you, as if every cell is soaking up the suns warmth and energy.
• Stand in the wind — imagine the wind is removing anything that no longer serves you and is filling you with love. Turn in different directions to allow the wind to flow around you.
• Smell a flower — notice the color, the number of petals, the pollen waiting for the bees and notice the aroma. Breathe it in.
• Have a glass of water — pick up the full glass of water with each hand wrapped around the sides of the glass. Say the word ‘love’ [compassion or joy, etc] and imagine the love you have going into each drop of water. Now slowly drink the glass and notice each swallow as it goes into your body, sending love.
• Smile — for no reason. Feel what it feels like within your body. Does it feel like the cells of your body are smiling with the lips on your face?

Every day, make it a game, to raise your vibration more and more. It assists you in so many ways and it assists humanity as well.
