Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of expansion.
Each of you is expanding every day, every moment. With the love that is pouring into Gaia currently, you are expanding at a faster rate than in the past.
Some of you may be feeling head / body aches or feeling as if you are going in many different directions at the same time. Some of you may not have very much energy at all. And others yet may feel as if things are popping and happening and moving right along.
Everyone feels the effects of expansion in their own way. And yes, there are even some who don’t notice anything out of sorts in any way.
All are perfect, for you, at this moment in time, as each of you is so unique in who you are and what your journey is.
Allow yourself time — to settle the love pouring in, to expand at the pace that is best for you. Quiet time with yourself may be just what is needed. Some of you may prefer a nap while others prefer physical activity.
No matter what you are feeling, allow the expansion to settle in as more expansion is coming your way. Breathing in love and releasing all that no longer serves you will assist you in your continued expansion.
We are here to assist in any way we can. All you need do is ask.
