Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of coming back to center.
Everyone in your world has many plates in the air, irons in the fire, pick an analogy that works for you. This is fine if you are doing it for a short time but many of you are doing this for longer and longer periods of time.
It is time for you to come back to your center, come back to your true self. It is a way to recharge your battery as well as for you to remember what is most important for you, today, now, in your life.
One of the quickest ways to do this, is by taking a deep breath in and exhale what doesn’t serve you. For some of you once may work. For many, several times will be best.
Doing this several times throughout the day, getting yourself into a habit, would be most beneficial. Set up a reminder for yourself if you don’t feel you’ll remember. Having a mantra [a word or two] that you could repeat while taking your deep breaths may be even more beneficial for many of you.
This is something to do each day, even the days you do not have as many plates in the air. This keeps you in the habit of returning to your center more easily for the days there are many plates.
We are here to assist in any way we can. All you need do is ask.
