Are there times you don’t want to do something but you do it anyway? What kind of energy are you putting into the thing you don’t want to do?
Are you feeling frustrated, angry, resentful, bitter, obligated?
But you do it anyway. Do you realize all of that frustration, bitterness, anger energy gets balled up into the thing you don’t want to do?
Why not do it with love – no matter what it is? So how can you get to that place before you do something you don’t want to do?
Find something good about it. This may be difficult, depending on the situation, but there usually are one or two things you can find that are good about it. Focus on the good.
Do it with a smile. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, fake it until you make it. Smile and keep smiling and see if that shifts your feelings. It most likely will. And if you still aren’t feeling the smile, think of something that makes you smile. And hold onto that thought.
Be grateful. Here comes the attitude of gratitude! Yes, focus on why you are grateful for doing this thing you really may not want to do.
And if you really can’t feel the love, then I have to ask the question, why are you doing it…
Angel Blessings to you.

These are good tips, especially the second one. I am a firm believer that things should be done in love and always with a smile.
Thank you Carlana. It really does make a difference. 🙂
I have to agree with you Sue… if you can’t approach any particular thing with love, a smile, or gratitude – why do it?
Before I record a video, I try to laugh or chuckle about something funny. I find approaching my videos like this, people tell me how energetic and happy I look.
So … it works! 🙂
That’s a great tip to do before doing a video!! Awesome. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
All that you do comes back to you so do it with love!
🙂
These tips are great! It’s so true that a bad attitude (just as a good one) can go a LONG way. I’ll definitely need to incorporate these into how I go about doing things!
And it’s much more fun being happy 🙂
