I have written of loving and compassion in the past (Compassion Begins With Yourself) and since it’s been a while, felt the need to write again.
I have been channeling for several years now. The 3 Light Beings of the Emissaries is who I channel with. Their message has been of compassion for much of the channels.
I went back and reread some of the channels from November of last year and thought I’d share this with you.
Today, we speak of compassion. Yes, you have heard these words many times before. We speak of compassion for self. The healing you did with your friend today was a piece of that. It was the compassion for self – without the judgement, without judging yourself or others.
Accept yourself. Accept who you are but most of all, accept where you are. Where you are on your path, what you are doing here in this physical location, but also what you are doing here period. Accept that you are still where you are meant to be. Accept what you bring to this area without you even realizing it.
Have compassion for yourself. Each time you feel you are having a judgement of self, turn it around. Feel the pain you have inflicted upon yourself and turn it around with a salve of love and compassion.
As you shared with your friend today, energetically sending her sister a blanket of love – IS the best thing she can do.
Well, do it for yourself!
Surround yourself in a blanket of love and compassion.
Know that what you are doing each moment, is the best you can do. Give yourself the credit due you. Yes, you have much love and support from other dimensions on this.
3 Light Beings of the Emissaries
Please take this channel and apply it to what you are doing with your life, with those you are helping and having compassion and love for. Remember to apply this love and compassion to yourself first.
Today, 1.11 is a perfect day for this. Set the intent to love yourself. Set the intent to have compassion for yourself.
Angel Blessings to you.
Sue
As always great words of wisdom.
Namaste,
Maria
Thank you Maria 🙂
This reading is so timely for me. I also do a lot of meditation and channelling, but often forget to apply the lessons to myself. I had a bad day yesterday – one of those where you wonder if all the work and effort you are putting in is actually worth it. For a fleeting moment I feel like giving this work up and going back to employment. So your words were very appropriate.
Oh Dot, I’m glad they helped. Sometimes we need to listen to what we tell other people – because we really do have good advice :). Thank you for allowing me to be the mirror you needed – for you to see & listen to your words of wisdom.
Having compassion for yourself is a big one. We are so compassionate with other people that we sometimes forget that for ourselves.
Yes, and as they say -place the oxygen mask on yourself first- 🙂
I can be a harsh critic on myself sometimes, but you are right Susanne, it is important to show yourself love and compassion, not just for others.
Give yourself a hug Michelle. And when you catch yourself using the critic tone to yourself, switch it to a loving voice and change the words. 🙂
Very wise words. It is so easy for most to show compassion for others but not easy if even possible to return to one’s self.
Well Gladys, you can start today 🙂
I am my own worst critic so I am trying to really take it to heart, when others compliment me, especially at work.
Try this Diane. Next time someone else pays you a compliment, smile and say Thank You 🙂
