Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of your breath. We have spoken of this before and yet we know this is much needed for all of you at this time in your world.

Each day, find 5 – 10 minutes, to focus in on your breath and your breathing. This will assist with your mental clarity, your balance, your sense of peace, and so much more. This is what we would recommend, each day and several times a day if possible.

  • Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
  • Close your eyes and allow your physical body to relax into the chair.
  • Notice as your breath comes into your body and as your body expands.
  • Thank your breath as you exhale, as your breath is leaving your body.
    • Imagine your breath is like that of the ocean, flowing in and then flowing out. There is no effort, there is only the flow.
  • Continue to breathe in, noticing the flow, breathe out, noticing the flow.

Do this exercise at least 5 minutes, multiple times each day, longer if you can. Allow your body to be in the ebb and flow of your breath. Focus on only the flow of your breath.

This is a very simple thing to do, and so beneficial and healing, for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
