Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of your open heart.
Having an open heart is one of the keys to everything. It is very close to a master key, if that helps with your understanding.
As you start your day, close your eyes and take in several deep breaths, slowly. As you do, imagine the love the Divine has for you and multiply that by 10 million. Imagine the love we, your Angels have for you and multiply that by 10 million. Imagine the love you feel at your very core for a child, a grandchild, a puppy, a kitten (you get the idea,) and multiply that by 10 million.
With each breath in, imagine all of this love within each cell of your body, clearing out any old stagnant energy, as it fills with this love to the brim and overflowing. All you feel is love. You may even notice a tingling running up and down your spine and out your fingertips.
Now, allow this love, of 10 million and beyond, to flow to your heart. Imagine your heart is opening like a flower would, petal by petal, until it is fully open and vulnerable, or so it would seem.
At this point, allow even more love to fill your body your cells and your ever expanding heart. You notice that as the flower that is your heart, is open to the widest it’s ever been, it may seem vulnerable and yet you feel it is also more open to love and light — more than it ever has been.
Allow your open heart to soak up the love from the Divine and from the Angels. You may also feel the love of transitioned Loved Ones. Allow your open heart to take it all in.
Feel this love. Be this love. Notice the expansion in every part of who you are. And know, your heart is open, that much more, and able to receive and give, that much more love.
Do this exercise as many times throughout your day as you would like, for as long as you would like.
