Today we speak of nature. Nature, Mother Earth, Gaia, the wind, the trees, the flowers, the air, the sky.

 

We would like you to connect more with nature. You all have a connection to Mother Earth. She is nurturing, just as your own mother would be.

Mother Earth is there for you, nurturing the plants, the animals, humans. 

 

Mother Earth breathes, just as humans do. Gaia has a heartbeat, just as humans do. Feel the connection you have to Mother Earth. Go sit in nature and feel the rhythm that is offered to you. It is there as you allow it.

 

Feel the healing nature, the wind as it clears away the old, the love from the trees, from the flowers dancing and sharing their scents.

 

Hear the healing nature, the birds, the wildlife, the whistles through the leaves. Listen and hear with your whole body.
