Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of opening your heart. Yes, we have spoken of this before, and we have a beautiful message today, explaining it in maybe a new way.
There are many loving energies still streaming into your world, your consciousness, your heart, and your soul. This is a time when the more open your heart is, the more easily you can accept the love that is here.
Opening your heart means to listen, share, be present, keep your vibration high, allow feelings to flow through, allow new thoughts and ideas to come to you, without putting walls up right away. Be open to your surroundings — the nature that you may be in, the animals who are near, the atmosphere you choose. Be aware, be open.
Something you may want to try — imagine you are a rose that is just starting to open. The soft outer petals are stretching outwards, allowing the inner petals more room to expand. A light mist starts and you, the beautiful rose, allow the mist to fall on each open petal. Allow the nourishing water to slip slowly into the center. Every petal being open allows for more moisture whereas if the petals all close, at the start of a mist, less moisture can reach within.
Imagine the love coming in as the soft mist and your open heart is the petals being open to receiving.
