Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of laughter.

Laughter is one of those wonders that can easily lighten the mood, uplift the energies, and clear the space all at once. It is true laughter we are referring to, not a laugh that is put on a show or to go along for the sake of being in the crowd. True laughter.

If you imagine what laughter would look like if you could see the energy of it, it is light and powerful, all rolled into one.

Think about the things that make you laugh. Do you bring them into your space on a regular basis? Make a list if that is easier for you.

Make a point of bringing more laughter into your days. Don’t make it a chore or another thing you have to do. We want you to have fun.
