Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of being open to expansion.
We ask you to breathe deeply as you read this. Just take a few deep breaths, in through your nose, hold if you’d like, and exhale through your mouth. Three times, please.
By doing this simple technique, you are open to the expansion that is now happening. It is happening on a cosmic level, a universal level, a Gaia level, and a human level. We are assisting with all levels.
When you are taking shallow breaths, the channels of receiving are much more narrow. You may notice this as well by the way things are going in your day — you may be feeling tired with no energy, your mind may be feeling as though it’s cloudy, you may stumble as if over a bump in the sidewalk. These are all from closing yourself off to the breath of life — light, love, expansion.
This truly is a conscious decision, to be aware of your breathing, deep and cleansing breaths.
Take a couple more and with your inhale, feel your connection to Mother Earth, your Guardian Angels, your Loved Ones, God, the Divine, the cosmos, feel your connection feel strengthened.
As you exhale, let go of old fears, old baggage, yesterday’s worries or stresses. Let go of all that no longer serves who you are and who you are becoming. And with the releasing, there is more room.
With the strengthening your connection, with the releasing for more space, there is more room — for expansion.
