Today we wish to speak of being in balance.
Many at this time, seem to be out of kilter, in one way or another. We feel this coming from you and many of you feel this way. You may not put these words to it, but you know something feels off.
These are times when it is good to get quiet and spend some time going within. Some of you may enjoy doing this, others may not. If you do not like spending time meditating or journaling or just being quiet with your breath, that’s OK. There are other ways to bring yourself back into balance.
One of these ways, many of you already know, is to get out in nature. Yes, spend time with the trees, spend time with the birds chirping away or watching wildlife just being. Doing this for short periods of time do help to bring you back into balance with yourself. Spending more time is better. Do what feels right for you.
Other ways that will help bring you in balance:
- sing or dance — you do not have to do this on a stage [unless of course you want to] so be yourself, allow yourself to really loosen up
- do something creative — this may be cooking, baking, doing crafts, painting, drawing, rearranging the furniture — so many outlets
- do some gardening or planting — being this close to Mother Gaia is so balancing and healing
The more of these you can add into your days, the better. You will feel better which also helps those around you. And when they see you doing these things for you, it may also inspire them to do the same.
