Dear Ones,
There is a fresh newness about today. You can feel it on your skin and with your inner knowing. Not only is it May 1, the first day of a fresh new month, each day is a new day, each moment, a new moment.
Look at the ‘time’ in front of you as a gift, instead of something that there isn’t enough of or someone is taking it from you.
It does not matter what you are doing in this moment. Look at it as something that is a fresh new start, the beginning of something special, the newness of something that wasn’t here a moment ago.
If you find yourself thinking (or saying) ‘there’s not enough time’ or ‘this is a waste of my time’, catch yourself. Look at the moment differently. Look at it as a gift where you can do whatever you would like with it. The choice is yours. How do you choose to look at this moment:
- with joy
- with disdain
- with frustration
- as a gift
- being grateful
- with anger or fear
- with beauty
- something to share
The choice is yours. Each moment is new.
