Dear Ones,
Change is upon us. We have spoken of change in the past as well.
Change is a constant. If there were no change, there would be no growth. When things are changing in your life and they seem like times are difficult, know it is a time of great growth. The growth is for you and for others. This is not to say that growth needs to be difficult ~ that is your perception Dear One.
There are times you may feel like you are on a merry-go-round and all you want to do is get off. Look at it differently. Look at it as an adventure. You get on at one point, you may get off at any point of time around the merry-go-round.
If it feels as though it is going too fast, focus on your breathing. Coming back to your breath in any situation will bring a level of calm, immediately. Imagine you have tree roots growing out of your feet, deep down into Mother Earth – Gaia, will also bring a level of calm you may not have been experiencing.
The changes going on are for your expansion as well as all of humanity. You are taking in so much more love and light than ever before and there is an adjustment period. While the adjusting is going on, it may seem like things are spinning out of control. They are not, it is just a time of change and more change.
Bring yourself, your thoughts back to this moment. Grow your tree roots down into Mother Earth. Breathe in the love of the Divine and breathe out all that it is now time to release. Breathe it out and send it down into Mother Earth to be transmuted to love.
There are no judgements about what is happening. When you feel you are moving into judgement, bring yourself back to roots into Mother Earth and your breathing. Release any judgements toward others, toward yourself. Breathe in the love, release the fear, the anger, the worries.
You are a being of light. Feel the light within you and shine it brightly for others to see. Some may shy away because of the brightness. That is their path. Your path is to be your brightest, shining self.
