Wings

Dear Ones,

 

Today we speak of Blessings. We want you to feel the love and the blessings we have to share with you.

 

We would like you to take a few minutes to sit with us:

  • find a quiet location to sit for 5-10 minutes
  • close your eyes and relax into your body
  • take 3 deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth
  • allow any stress or anxiety to wash away with each exhale
  • feel your body relax more and more into your chair with each breath
  • imagine your favorite color come into your mind’s eye
  • does it have a feeling, is it warm or cool, does it have a shape – just notice all of these things
  • does it have a message for you
  • focus on this color and feel the love and blessings it is emanating for you, to you, through the cells of your body
  • breathe in the love and the blessings
  • stay with this feeling of love for as long as you like
  • when you are ready, imagine you have tree roots coming out of your feet going deep down into Mother Earth – find a crystal and have the tree roots attach to the wonderful crystal
  • take a couple more deep breaths
  • when you are ready, open your eyes

Know you are blessed. Know you are loved.
