You know, no matter how much I work with this, there are times that I still get a bit knocked on my butt and have to be reminded by the Angels.
So what am I referring to? Ask for one thing and clearing the energy and don’t take on other people’s stuff for another thing.
I went to a gathering over the weekend. It was a fun gathering. There were many people I knew, many people I didn’t know. There was food and laughing and lots of energies flying. Some of the emotions were: excitement about new beginnings, trepidation about what’s coming, sadness about endings, joy for seeing so many friends and family to name a few. There were other emotions that were more undercurrents, though they were there.
Typically when I go into these types of situations, I ASK and THANK Archangel Michael for clearing the space before I get there and keeping it clear while I am there. I totally forgot. Even while I was at the gathering, I would walk away from where most of the congestion of people was because my head was feeling pressure – like if someone took pillows, all around your head and started to compress it – pressure, not pain. Still didn’t think about it.
On my drive home it’s like ‘hello Sue’, the pressure is still there. Aha – the light bulb goes off!!!
“Archangel Michael, please clear away any energies that are not mine and remove any attachments. Thank you Archangel Michael, for clearing the energies and for keeping it clear for me.”
I’ll tell you what — instantly, I mean just like THAT, the pressure was 99% gone.
Wow, why didn’t I think of that sooner!!! Well, it’s a reminder for us all. If we are sensitive, ask the Angels to clear the energy of where it is that we’re going and thank them for clearing it and keeping it clear while we are there.

Dear Ones,
This was a minor case for the channel. You may very well find yourselves in a similar type type of situation. Something you can do to help, every day, is start your day out with asking the energies to be cleared and sharing your gratitude.
Dear One, it does not matter where you are or what you do. It does not matter where you are going, who you are with or whether it’s a happy festival or otherwise. This is considered good energetic hygiene.
When you do this, you are helping yourself and you are also helping those around you, without infringing on their free will.
We are always here to assist in any way we can. All you need do is ask.
