Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak about vibration — your vibration and how to raise it and keep it raised.

You are living in interesting times. Your vibration is important for you and is also important as to what you are contributing to the collective.

There are many ways to raise your vibration. You can keep a list of things if that is what works for you. The easiest way to gauge your vibration is if you feel good if you feel happy if you feel joy.

We are not saying to ignore any other feelings. If you are angry or sad or have grief or guilt, feel them and discover what you can from them. And when you are ready to transmute them to love, then you are back to feeling good, happy, and joyful.

What are some of the ways you can raise your vibration? Everyone will have their own ways that work best for them and we will give you a list of some things that may work as well:

  • read something inspirational
  • go out in nature
    • listen to the birds sing
    • feel the wind softly on your face
    • smell a flower
  • sing a song
  • dance or skip
  • watch your kids or grandkids play and then join in
  • feel your heartbeat
  • focus on your breathing
  • sit quietly staring off into space
  • see the particles of open expanse in between the air
  • channel / chat with your Loved Ones on the other side about a happy memory

As we said, this is a list to start with if you are unsure where to begin. Keep your vibration high. This way the lows won’t feel as low, nor will they be as difficult to bounce back.
