Feel the vibrations. Feel what the energy around and within your body are doing and telling you. Don’t ‘think’ too much about it – feel into it.

 

Close your eyes and go through these questions:

  • Do you feel your heartbeat?
  • Do you feel a tickle at the back of your head?
  • Is there a part of your body that is twitching?
  • Do you feel a slight breeze touching your skin?
  • Do you feel a warmth or a coolness anywhere on your body?
  • Is there an emotion stirring within that you hadn’t noticed just a moment before?
  • Are there any aches or pains that you are now recognizing?

With each thing you notice, stay with it for a moment to see if there’s additional information you receive. For example, if you notice an ache in your neck that you hadn’t noticed a few moments before, focus in on your neck. Is there a name that comes to you, maybe the name of a person that is being a ‘pain in the neck’ right now? Or maybe it’s something you’re working on that’s coming to mind.

 

Whoever or whatever it is, is there any additional information that’s there for you? When you don’t feel any additional information is coming to you, encircle the person or the thing in a bubble of love and release it to the universe.

 

Do you feel a slight breeze touching your skin? Is a window open, or a fan pointing in your direction? Or is it your Angels or your Loved Ones trying to get your attention? Stay with it for a moment. Does someone who has passed come to mind? Or do you get the name of an Angel? The first name you receive is generally who the message is from.

 

What is the message? Keep the focus and see what comes to you? Again, the first thought that comes to you is what you are meant to know.

 

Each of these vibrations of energy we feel has information to help us on our journeys. Sometimes it’s encouragement, sometimes it’s to release something you’ve been carrying. And many times it’s a reminder that we are loved from those we cannot see here in the physical.

 

Feel the energy, feel the vibration and see what messages they have to share.
