I realize I have done several blogs on the subject of Forgiveness (links listed at the end of this blog). And yet, it comes up as a 'hot topic.'
I received this Forgiveness Mantra about three years from one of the Lee Harris videos* (April 2012). I filed it away in a very safe place…
Recently a friend (thank you Louise!!) shared the April 2012 video from Lee Harris and this awesome Forgiveness Mantra from him as well. I decided it must be time I actually do something with it.
I've actually done several things with it and I'm hoping one or more of these tools may work for you as well.
I also have added this verbiage at the end of each line: 'in all directions of time, space, realities and dimensions.' You can use this exactly if you'd like or change it and make it your own. What will work for you is most important.
Here are three ways I've used the Forgiveness Mantra:
- Using my phone, I recorded this Forgiveness Mantra, allowing enough space after each line for me to repeat that line 3-5 times. Then I play it as I'm walking. Yes, I repeat the lines out loud the 3-5 times. You can do this silently or out loud – that would be up to you. Or you can yell them from the rooftops or sing them in your shower. Whatever works for you.
- Using a metal chime, the type that has a small mallet, I strike the first chime and repeat a line of the Forgiveness Mantra (adding my addition to the end). Then I strike the second chime and do the same thing. And I continue until all the chimes have been struck and then on to the next line. My metal chime includes five chimes. You may notice yourself getting lighter, goofier, or more teary the more you read and the further you get with the chimes.
- Using EFT*, I tapped on each of the tapping points, while repeating the lines of the Forgiveness Mantra. You can do this any way this makes sense to you – by repeating one line through all of the tapping points or repeat one line with one tapping point. Again, make this work for you. You will notice a shift before you are through with all of the tapping.
Forgiveness is not a once and done kind of thing. That's why there have been several blogs on the topic of forgiveness. Use what makes sense for you.
I would love to hear what worked for you. You can leave a comment in the section below.
Angel Blessings to you,
