Today we speak of expansion. We have spoken of this before and yet we need to expand (pun intended) on it a bit more.

We are speaking of expansion from maybe a different point of view than we have in the past. Let us explain by way of a question.

Do you need to see a flower in order to smell its fragrance?

Do you need to see bread baking in the oven to smell its aroma?

The answer to both questions is no. You can most definitely smell the fragrance of a flower or the aroma of a loaf of bread before you see it. You don’t have to ever actually see it to know that it is there.

This is where expansion comes in. Think about expanding love and / or joy, in your aura, and then expand your aura even larger. Others can sense love and / or joy around you without knowing why.

It is easy to do:

  • Bring someone to your heart that you love — this can be a person or a pet.
  • Then, imagine you are pushing this feeling of love out past your physical body, out to the edges of your aura.
    • This will automatically push your aura larger too.
    • People and animals will be drawn to you though they have no idea why.
  • Do the same with bringing something or someone that brings joy to your heart.

You can expand your aura this way as well as bringing it back in, closer to your physical body. Play with this in different situations and see what you notice.
