Dear Ones,
Today we speak of each precious moment of your day. We have spoken of this before and it is something we feel important enough to mention again.
Look at each moment as the gift that it is. There is a quote we are certain you have heard of:

This is what we would like to impress upon you — this moment, truly is a gift. Whether you are spending it with others or you are by yourself, whether you are spending it in nature or doing something you love — look at it as the gift that it is.
Situations may come up that you will have to reach deep within to remember you are love and joy, deep within. You are created from a Divine spark. When some of what life has to offer brings situations to you that you question why you are here — remember, each moment is a precious gift. Notice what the gifts are, focus on them, not on the chaos.
Keep your focus on the beauty, the love, the joy, the feeling of exhilaration to be alive. Feel love flowing through your heart and remember that feeling.
