Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of your breath and breathing.
Every one of you breathes in and out many times in a day. You know you cannot live very long if you are not breathing.
Many of you take shallow breaths throughout your day. Yes, your body is taking in air, barely. Taking deeper breaths, several times throughout your day are so beneficial for your:
- mind
- body
- spirit
- connection — to Source, your higher self, your deeper knowing
Deeper breaths are beneficial to the core of who you are. Deeper breaths assist you in being more in the flow with your surroundings, the wind, the trees, nature herself.
If you know you are one to have shallow breaths, do your best to make an effort for deeper breaths for several days to a week. Notice the differences in your being. You may start to feel:
- more energized and alive
- a stronger connection to your intuition
- less stress in your day
- more of an even flow to your day
Think of deeper breaths as another way of filtering and clearing. Set the intention that with each in-breath you are energized and with each exhale you are releasing what no longer serves you. Set the intention in the morning and repeat it throughout your day while taking several deep breaths.
