Message From the Angels 21116

Dear Ones,

 

Today we speak of the journey within. Yes, it is time for more of you to go within for your answers. Here is a short exercise you can do. Do not underestimate the power behind this.

 

Before you do this, you can have a question but you do not need to. The only thing you must have is an open heart.

• Sit in a location where you will not be disturbed for several moments.
• Close your eyes and take three deep breaths – breathing in love on the inhale and breathing out fear, stress, frustration, on the exhale.
• Imagine you are in walking down a path. You are watching the path before you, not noticing anything else. You only notice the path, the steps directly in front of you. 
• You notice there is a glimmer, a shininess the places you are putting your feet.
• You realize the path is made of crystals, all colors imaginable and then some. There are colors you know you have not ever seen before.
• With each step you feel calmer, full of peace, relaxed and at ease. 
• You get the sense you are approaching something though you are not certain what it is yet. You still feel at ease, relaxed, tranquil almost.
• Now you look up to see what is before you. There is a table with one single book on it. The table is made of crystal, green calcite. There is a chair that is made of quartz. You know you are to sit, so you do. The chair is lovingly comfortable and feels so wonderful.
• The book is open to a page. It has very few words upon it. They appear a bit blurry though you notice your name at the top of the page and that is not blurry at all.
• The more you look at it, the words start coming into focus.
• Make a note as to what they are.
• Sit at the table as long as you would like.
• When you are ready, you close the book and say ‘thank you.’
• You walk back out the crystal path the same way you had come in.
• Take three deep breaths, breathing in love and breathing out anything you would like to release and let go of.
• Open your eyes whenever you are ready.

Remember the words from the book. 

 

This is a powerful way to journey within and get the answers you are seeking. Enjoy this journey as often as you would like. The book on the table is yours. It has all of the answers you need.
