Dear Ones,
Today we wish to remind you, once again, to get out in nature. It is when you can connect with Mother Nature, with all the beauty that God has created, the trees in the forest, the trees wherever you are, the flowers all around you, connect with Mother Nature.
Listen to the wind. listen to the silence. Listen to the thunder, listen to the lightening. Listen to the rain, listen to the hail. Listen to the cry or the call of an animal, domestic or wild.
Allow your body to feel the anticipation of a storm, or the sunlight when the storm has passed. Feel it in your body.
It is when you do these things on a regular basis, now more than ever, you will feel rejuvenated each day.
This is the rejuvenation that is needed, much more needed, on Earth. Rejuvenation in Mother Nature, rejuvenation with Mother Nature.
