Dear Ones,
Today we would like to speak about the energies which are flowing around you.
Imagine if when you were to close your eyes you could see the energies floating all around you. And imagine that they are like ribbons floating by fast or slow, depending on what they are related to. Some seem far away while others seem closer, so close that it is as if they want to attach to your aura. Something about them is attracted to your energy.
Imagine your eyes are closed [and of course if you’d like to close them now, please do so] and you’re watching these threads, or ribbons. Some are short, some are long, some are wide, some appear to have a velcro substance on them, and some look as if they have a hook, almost like a fish hook attached. Some appear to have a life of its own.
As you are watching them float / fly by, the ones that are moving slower you can almost make out what they are related to or ‘who’ they are similar to. It is as if they are qualities or emotions from others known and many unknown.
As you are really starting to take note of them, you also realize you can ‘direct’ the energies they seem to be floating on and through. If you are gently watching them, with no emotions [as an observer] they seem quite benign. If your emotions raise, it’s as if they get wider and thicker and velcro gets added. As you soften your emotions, calm your energy, it either moves on past or remains much smaller.
This may seem strange looking at the energies around you like this and yet it is a perfect way to show you and describe to you that you have much more control if and when you are aware.
Do this as an exercise, watching the energies around you — imagining you CAN see them. Imagine you are the ‘director’ of it all. Give this a whirl, you may be very surprised.
