Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of inspiration.
Think of inspiration as your connection to your imagination, a mind flowing free without any restraints.
A wonderful place to start with inspiration, so there is nothing holding you back, is to close your eyes. This way there is no room to confine you, there is no chair to hold you back, there are not colors your confined to, there is nothing holding you in one place.
Once your eyes are closed, breathe in and out, connecting to the Divine or your Guardian Angel. Allow the feelings of love to flow in this connection, to feed your soul.
Now imagine, the overflow of love, spilling into your body and beyond. In the flow of love, there is everything. Notice what the everything is like for you.
Are there colors you haven’t seen before?
Are there animals you’ve not noticed before? Maybe birds that are different than you’ve seen?
Is there a cave to explore, or an ocean lapping waves onto your feet?
Allow yourself to go into whatever you are experiencing. See if you can be in the flow and allow yourself to just be rather than choosing to do this or that. Then ‘choose’ and see what you notice is different than being in the flow.
This inspiration is always here for you. It is within you. Experience this connection to your imagination more. Watch what happens if you do it once a day vs only once a week. Pay attention to your energy levels and your attitude in handling things. Just notice.
