Today I drew a card from my very first Angel Card deck*. I was so glad when Angel Cards first came out and I have been using them ever since.

 

Self-Acceptance. Many times we can accept something about someone else though it would be totally unacceptable for us. Why don’t we accept things within ourselves? We came here to learn just as everyone else has done.

 

We are the ones who are the hardest on ourselves. We are the ones who judge ourselves the harshest. We beat ourselves up time and time again.

 

Starting today, here’s an exercise you can call upon the Angels to assist you with. Start it today, right now in fact, and continue each day and watch what starts to evolve.

 

Each time you have a thought come through that is negative or judging yourself, on anything, catch yourself. Acknowledge you had the thought. Thank yourself and the Angels for bringing your attention to it. 

 

Then CHANGE the thought with something positive about yourself. Then repeat that positive thought / comment three times.

 

To jumpstart, you may want to come up with a nice long list of all of the things you like or love about yourself. These can be things you do for yourself or others. It will get you in the groove!

 

Watch your progression with this. I will bet within 21 days you will notice that you are not as judgmental about yourself and that you feel happier.
