Dear Ones,

Today we speak of the ~ breath ~

We have written about this several times, though it is still a topic that it is beneficial for many to hear again and be reminded of.

Breathe / breathing is your life. It is your connection to the spirit world, the Divine, to those on the other side, to us. When you are breathing, when you are feeling the breath come in and out, it expands and deepens the connection.

Breathing, consciously, also allows you to feel in and notice what is going on in your body. It allows you to release those things that no longer serve you.

Sit quietly and take several deep breaths

  • As you inhale, feel the connection increase, feel your whole body expand. 
  • As you exhale, imagine you are squeezing the air out of a balloon, getting every last bit out.
  • As you inhale, notice the calm that comes over you.
  • As you exhale, allow the release to happen.
  • As you inhale, feel the love.
  • As you exhale, feel the stress fall away.

Give yourself a gift, a gift of 3-5 minutes to notice the breath, each day. Do it several times a day for a special treat, for yourself.
